Office Power shortlisted for Direct Commerce Awards 2022
We are pleased to announce that Office Power has been shortlisted for Direct Commerce Awards after entering a new category this year for our CRM, Attribution, Targeting & Personalisation tools.
This particular category recognises how companies are making an impact using CRM and targeting tools to provide a better and more personalised customer journey.
In the last year, we have developed our CRM, attribution, targeting and personalisation tools to help dealers’ achieve digital transformation, improve personalisation and drive sales. Some of the key features we have developed that got us nominated for this award include:
Firmographic data capture functionality – Enables dealers’ to capture customer data and personalise customer experiences, such as marketing, offers, pricing and merchandising.
CRM – Our CRM tools were built specifically for B2B office supplies dealers’, underpinned by algorithms that analyse customer behaviour. They enable dealers’ to drive and automate their sales and marketing strategies.
Contact List Alerts – Integrated into the CRM platform, these alerts highlight the most lucrative sales opportunities in the dealers’ customer base, helping them focus on driving sales.
CRM Emails – Built into the CRM, these emails help target specific business KPIs and can either be personalised and sent to customers by the sales agent or go out automatically based on changes in customer behaviour.
Enhanced Branding – Each dealer website has unique branding, helping them build stronger relationships with their customers.
Attribution – With built-in capabilities for tracking and reporting, dealers’ can follow their customer journey, measure attribution and monitor what activities are driving sales.
Targeting & Personalisation – Dealers’ can segment their customers based on firmographic data and buying patterns, combined with KPIs they’re trying to achieve in their business. Different segments can then be set-up to automatically receive relevant offers, personalised messaging, pricing, marketing and website merchandising to help maximise returns.
Recommended Products – Enables dealers’ to boost online sales by recommending relevant products based on specific customer data.

The Direct Commerce Awards were created to honour businesses across a wide range of B2B and B2C merchandise categories, with entries evaluated by a panel of expert independent judges.
