The ecMod awards, presented by Direct Commerce, spearhead the recognition of business excellence for organisations engaged in B2B and B2C retailing across traditional and newly emerging channels.

Office Power was acclaimed by the judges as ‘an excellent concept’ and ‘a very professional operation supplying a real business need extremely well’. The company’s marketing strategy was also praised with comments including: ‘On-point messaging using sales copy, testimonials, case studies and videos. Great use of a blog to support the process.’

The judges included experts from marketing, design, sales and retail, including House of Fraser, and entrants for the Best Exploitation of Technology category were judged on the following areas: business case for investment, business reasons for new technology investment for improvement, business results achieved to date as direct result of investment and past 12 months developments.
