Help Office Power raise money for the Institute of Cancer Research
This November the Office Power team will be participating in the “30 Years, 30 Mountains 4 ICR” endeavour in order to raise money for the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Our team, along with other teams from the office supplies industry, will climb many of the highest Lakeland Mountains in cold winter conditions.
The ICR is one of the most successful organisations in the world for making discoveries that help create more and better drugs to help defeat cancer. They are world leaders in identifying cancer genes, discovering cancer drugs and developing precision radiotherapy. One third of the UK population will suffer with Cancer at some point, but hanks to bodies like the ICR, less than one third of the people who do get it actually die from cancer.
We are very proud to support this fantastic charity and unite for this very important cause. Our team will be led by the CEO Simon Drakeford alongside Chris Armstrong, Richard Sinclair and Alina Fisher from Office Power, and Chris’s brave dog Digory.
We’re aiming to reach £2,500 and would appreciate any donation, no matter how big or small, you can give.
