ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Your dedicated Account Manager will be your primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process, from the initial stages to the Go Live day—and beyond. Their role is to guide you through every step, covering all relevant content to ensure your business is seamlessly integrated with our platform.

MEETING THE TEAM

As we tailor your solution to meet your specific business needs, you’ll begin to meet various team members from different departments. Each specialist will contribute to setting up the software and services necessary to power your business.

Discuss your website branding and content with the Marketing Services Manager. Define your business services and email marketing customer communication schedule.

PRICING
AND PRODUCT

Define your pricing strategy with the Commercial Finance Manager; discuss catalogue, product swaps and specials, and implementation of order history for past purchases on customer account

CREDIT
CONTROL

Understand the importance of Ts&Cs with the Finance Operations team. We'll explain the process for credit checking, apply credit limits to customers, discuss payment terms and configure the credit chaser process.

SERVICE
AND SPECIALS

Discuss your customer service requirements with the Operations team, including defining your phone support and the query management system. Also, discuss any special supplier needs, delivery options and other opersational details.

TRAINING

Meet your Account Manager and get a tour of the portal and understand day to day management of your business.

With Office Power, we’ll build you a dynamic website designed to strengthen your brand identity and tailored to ensure a seamless customer journey for lasting loyalty. You’ll be an integral part of this process, working closely with your Account Manager and the team at Office Power, who will collaborate with you throughout to ensure your success.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Clear communication is key during the transition period. As part of onboarding, we recommend sending various emails to advise your customers of the upcoming changes to your business. We will send these emails on your behalf via a third platform, announcing the launch of your new website and providing instructions on how customers can log in.

TRAINING AND RESOURCES

You have extensive training material available in the form of videos and detailed articles, as well as one-to-one training sessions with your account manager. You can also access an AI assistant to ask queries and get thorough answers about the portal.

GO LIVE DAY

From the very beginning of onboarding, we’ll establish a fixed Go Live day for launching your new website and ordering platform. This is a meticulously planned event, with multiple interconnected tasks that need to be completed by different departments to ensure a successful launch. Having a set day helps us all work towards the same goal and ensure that no detail is rushed or incomplete.

ONGOING SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY

Onboarding is just the beginning. After your Go Live, you’ll join our vibrant community, where we offer regular networking opportunities, including a monthly call to connect with others in the industry and share insights.

PowerHouse is our online community and learning hub, designed like a social media platform to foster collaboration and education. Here, content is organised by topics, chapters, and learning plans, offering resources such as how-to videos, presentations, and articles. You can also contribute by uploading your own content, which can be shared and discussed within the community.

Power Hour is our monthly update session where we share key industry insights, upcoming promotions, events, and supplier news. Everyone is encouraged to attend to stay informed and be part of a collaborative community where you can ask questions and share your experiences.
