The Office & Business Supplies category was awarded to Office Power for our commitment, unwavering partner support and continuous development of our technology during the fallout of the pandemic. With major disruptions during the outbreak of Covid-19, agile technology and strong partnerships became increasingly important for office supplies dealers to continue trading and successfully come out of lockdown.

By partnering with Office Power, our dealers have gained access to the best technology platform in the industry with flexible support services, empowering them to become more responsive to the changing needs of their customers and more successful as a result. Over the last year, we have adapted our technology and services to meet the growing needs of our dealers, helping them to stay relevant and be best positioned for growth in the post-pandemic world.

Some of the changes included a major wholesaler switchover in 2020, launching an online dealer community, adapting our eCommerce platform to better target and service home workers, and adapting our model to give dealers more control and flexibility on our partnership. As a result, Office Power has become the go-to partner for office supplies dealers, enabling them to successfully trade out of the crisis and futureproof their business.
