Office Power dealers visit Dynamic for furniture masterclass

Following feedback from our partner dealers, Office Power’s Head of Dealer Trading, Colin Streeter organised a day out for them to visit Dynamic last week and get a furniture masterclass.

Feeling they would be able to sell furniture more effectively if they had better product knowledge, dealers Discount Office Supplies, WT Supplies and Retrospect Office, took part in the masterclass.

While they were there, they had a tour of the warehouse and received in-depth training to learn more about their furniture offerings (specifically chairs). They got to see different types of chairs, learn about different types of mechanisms and technologies and found out why different people need different types of chairs and how to suggest the perfect chair for their customers.
