Strategic Planning and Culture Clinic

Chris Paton, strategic planning expert from Quirk Solutions, and former advisor to the Cabinet and National Security Council on the Afghan strategy, will share real-life examples of how he developed his expertise in Strategic Planning in Afghanistan as a senior commander in the military.

We will then open the floor for an opportunity for delegates to ask his advice on any business planning conundrums they may have in these uncertain times. This session will help us take control of our future business plans and stress test them in changeable circumstances.
